1. Controller

2. What we collect
When you submit a license request, custom-sound request or demo, we process the data you enter — e.g. name, company, email, phone (optional), project details, message — to handle your inquiry. When you visit the site, standard server log data (IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process request data to respond to and handle your inquiry and a potential business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and operating the catalog (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.
4. Processors & hosting
Form submissions are stored via Supabase (database/backend) and the site is hosted on our server infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; this may transmit your IP to Google.
5. Storage period
Inquiry data is retained as long as needed to handle your request and a possible engagement, and to meet statutory retention obligations, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact sync@lowend.co.
7. Cookies & tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics tracking. Only technically necessary storage (e.g. for a logged-in team session in the backend) is used.
