2. Purpose of the catalog
LOWEND Sync presents curated music for potential synchronisation and media licensing. The catalog, previews and track information are provided for discovery and evaluation only.
3. Requests are not licenses
Submitting a license request or any inquiry through this site does not grant any license or right of use. All uses are subject to rights clearance, usage approval and a separate written agreement. No license exists until such an agreement is signed by LOWEND.
4. Previews
Audio previews are made available solely to evaluate tracks for potential licensing. They may not be downloaded (beyond temporary browser caching), copied, redistributed, broadcast, published or used in any production. Master files and full-quality versions are provided only under a signed license.
5. Pricing & terms
License fees and conditions depend on the medium, territory, term, exclusivity, budget and rights situation and are quoted individually. Any figures shown are non-binding indications.
6. Intellectual property
All music, recordings, artwork, texts and trademarks on this site are owned by LOWEND or its respective rights holders and are protected by law. No rights are transferred by using the site.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. LOWEND is not liable for the availability, accuracy or completeness of the information, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or covered by mandatory statutory liability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Aschaffenburg, as far as legally permissible.
